By using Currency Strength Radar ("CSR"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

CSR provides forex fundamental analysis data including currency strength scores, COT positioning, central bank sentiment, and an AI-powered chat assistant. CSR is an informational tool only.

All content on CSR — including scores, analysis, AI chat responses, and community comments — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on CSR constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any currency or financial instrument. You trade at your own risk.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually depending on your plan
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• You may cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" in your account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute CSR data or scores
• Use CSR for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the scoring system

All content, scoring methodology, and branding are the property of Currency Strength Radar. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

By posting comments or votes, you grant CSR a non-exclusive license to display your content. You are responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

CSR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSR shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of CSR after changes constitutes acceptance.
